Welcome Love and Light back into your life with this uplifting mixture of Organic White Sage and Rose Petals. 
 
For best results, work on one room at a time. Preferably starting at the back of the space and working your way towards the front. 
To start, open the windows and doors to provide the negative energy an escape route. 
Light the sage smudging stick and leave it to burn until it begins to emit smoke. 
Once the cleansing smoke arrives, keep your intentions in mind and with the stick in your hand, make your way through the room, rotating clockwise as you move through the room. 
Repeat your intentions, mantras, or prayers throughout the entire process. 
Be sure to allow the smoke to blow in all the corners, closets, underneath beds, and even in cabinet spaces. 
Use occasionally or as often as needed.
